Shipping to the UK

Your parcel will be sent 1-2 business days from placing an order. All orders within the U.K. are sent using the Royal Mail First Class or Second Class service, with prices varying based on parcel size and weight. The First Class service should take 1-2 business days to arrive which Second Class parcels take 2-4 business days.

Returning your order

Firstly, I’d like to thank you for shopping small and supporting a one-woman-owned business. I want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and if for some reason you’re not or you’ve had issues with your package I’m happy to help!

Full refund

You may return new, unopened, unused items within 30 days of receiving it for full refund.

• Returned items must be in their original packaging

• Returned items must not show any signs of wear and use

No refunds

• Commissioned orders are final and cannot be returned

• No piercing jewellery can be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons

Lost or damaged items

If your order doesn’t arrive or an item arrives damaged please send a photo together with your order number to info@ejdstudio.co.uk

Royal Mail policies state that for compensation you must wait 25 days after your order due date.

Shipping costs for all orders cannot be refunded.
